| Kansas City Girl- Well, for those of you who don't know Matthew and Valin and I have just moved to Kansas City, MO to be a part of the International House of Prayer. I love it here. The teaching is phenominal. There are so many different groups and activities to be a part of. And of course there are always prayer rooms to go seek the Lord,worship in song and pray (24/7). We are waiting on the Lord to see what classes we should take, or which groups or minisrty opportunities we should get involved with. For now we are just settling into our new apartment, it is so nice to have a home of our oun again. Matthew is working for a trucking company. He is gone for six or seven days at a time, so we really appreciate our time together when he is home. Valin and I are so happy to see him when we pick him up after his stint out. Valin is getting so big. He is at least 30 pounds, and is quite tall. Cute as can be. He usually is the center of attention at any gathering. Last night Bill and Marilyn renewed their wedding vows. It was a beatifly touching ceremony, and at the end of the night Valin stole center stage dancing and showing off for his grandparents and their guests. All in all we are growing to really like this town and we appreci ate the people and the Church out here. That's the news for now. |

| On October 6th God blessed Matthew and I with the birth of our precious son Valin. It's amazing how quickly he has grown. It's hard to believe he just turned 8 months.    |
